Public Notice of Lease Award
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Borough of Bloomsbury has awarded a lease of Borough-owned real property for the unrestricted right to access an existing wireless cellphone tower located on that property, following required advertisement for competitive bidding under N.J.S.A.: 40A: 12-14, said lease to be for a period of 30 years to Crown Castle, Inc. The lease agreement and resolution authorizing the lease are in the office of the Borough Clerk at the Greenwich Township Municipal building located at 321 Greenwich Street, Stewartsville, New Jersey 08886.
